What I Offer

~ I work with women one-on-one.

~ Your first meeting with me is always complimentary up to 30 minutes.

​

~ Sessions are either in-person or virtual for 60 or 90 minutes.

​

~ Sessions are co-created by both you and me. We work on whatever you come to the session with that day unless otherwise planned. 

​

~ Life coaching, much like our day-to-day lives, is an evolution of personal breakthroughs taking time and a willingness to learn. Therefore, there is a minimum on the number of sessions we have together. This is to set you up for great success throughout the process because it is a process. Three session minimum.

~ Your investment is by the hour and if you purchase a package of five or more sessions you receive a discount. Please fill out the contact form to receive pricing information & payment options.

~I am also a certified Reiki Practitioner. Reiki sessions can be purchased outside of coaching packages, or a Reiki session can be included in a coaching package.
